Files we love:  Vector files like Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps and some PDFs) We can use these 99% of the time.

Files we usually like: High resolution (300 dpi at the size of your imprint) pixel based files (.jpg, .jpeg, or .png). We can usually convert these for use.

Files we aren't as fond of: Web/low resolution pixel based files. We can sometimes use or redraw these. If this is what you have, send it and we'll take a look and evaluate it.
