HOW TO ORDER
We know, this looks like an e-commerce site...but it's not exactly. This is Michelle (the owner) and I'm an introvert. I totally understand wanting all things to happen with as little human interaction as possible. After all, the ability to order printer ink at 1 am in your pajamas is a miracle of modern life, right?!
But, I'm also a customer service geek who's been in this business for over 20 years. I believe the sheer number of products available in this industry, our expertise and product knowledge, and the unlimited variations of our clients' artwork make an "almost e-commerce" model a better fit for your projects.
We're here to suggest products that best meet your needs, ship from a closer location to reduce shipping costs, or work better with your artwork. We'll advise you if your art will print well or recommend changes to avoid extra factory costs. We respond quickly and guide you through the process as seamlessly as possible. Let us do what we're best at, while you get back to what's important: running your business, promoting your non-profit, or hanging with your family!
Here's how it works:
Step 1
Either click the "Request Info" button under any product description on our site or fill out our contact form with a request, like, "I need 500 20 oz. blue Yeti-like tumblers, but don't want to mess with a search. What are my options?"
NOTE: If you're working with one of our in-person sales team members, either Scott or Susan, email them directly and they'll walk you through the process.
TIP: We can get you the fastest, best answer if you let us know where you're located, how many you need, what your imprint is like (one-color, two-colors, too-many-to-count-colors, etc.) and either the item number or a general description.
Steps 2 & 3
We'll respond quickly, usually within the hour, and guide you through the rest of the process with as little effort on your part as possible. You can upload artwork and pay for your order online. We'll keep you informed with factory proofs, scheduled ship dates and tracking information when your items are on their way.
